This boxy-home has been designed under CDC to respond to both flooding impacts and various easements cutting through the site. The result is a family-home custom designed to suit the home-owners’ lifestyle with a limited material palette to suit the minimal design.

Like pieces to a puzzle, the house came together to provide formal and informal living spaces, dining, and an entertainer’s kitchen that opens onto their private pool.  The first floor enjoys views to the water with generous space planning for each bedroom and amenities.
