Presenting our beachy-modern duplex located in Carlingford.
Using bricks, warm timbers, and softly textured concrete, this project feels homey and modern. Set within a leafy street, the project responds to its context by providing generous landscaped setbacks.
The layout is spacious and generous with a courtyard and double-height living spaces.
In response to a crossfall across the site, the duplexes sit across two different levels, allowing for each to feel unique and disconnected.
