This beachside dual occupancy purposefully plays with vertical connection and quality materials. A key feature of the design, the 3-storey stone-clad wall along the stairs. Challenged by Council controls, this project managed to demonstrate its ability to achieve a third storey element to capture key water views, without impacting other contextual considerations.
