Set in Australia's oldest garden suburb of Hunters Hill, resides a harmoniously contemporary home along the peninsula suburb of Woolwich. A sloping site and fantastic water views inspired this gradually stepping home from concepts onward. With split and suspended levels, this home gradually leads you through lofty spaces whilst maintaining constant views of the water.
Without more than 3 steps at any point, the home takes you effortlessly through formal and informal dining and living spaces, arriving at expansive pool,spa and alfresco spaces before the land dramatically becomes a private sandy beach. Seamless outdoor indoor living and grand spans make this house a masterpiece. The facade is a careful blend between traditional forms, preferred by council, and luxurious modern forms featuring refined materials.
